Mike and Nicole loved their home’s gorgeous location with lake access. But with a large family, they needed more space—badly. They also love design and wanted their house to be lighter, brighter, and more stylish.
What We Did
By executing a well-planned, multilevel addition, Rebel nearly tripled the square footage of the home.
In the large family room, we added lots of windows to capitalize on the views and natural light. We also installed a cozy woodstove. The main suite gave Mike and Nicole a blend of ease and style with a clawfoot tub and shower, custom vanities, and a huge walk-in closet. Our beachy, modern design utilized lots of texture throughout the home, including shiplap, wallpaper, and cement tiles.
