When our client purchased an abandoned, poorly configured condo in Dorchester, he had a vision. He called in Rebel Builders to transform the space into a modern bachelor pad with cozy details. As an employee at a tech company, our client valued smart features and easy maintenance. He also wanted to make sure that the materials, fixtures, and finishes were durable if he decided to rent out the condo in the future.
What We Did
We brought his dream to life by opening up some walls to improve the layout and incorporating LED lighting.
We added plenty of smart features and gadgets throughout the home, including ceiling-mounted smart speakers and Alexa compatibility. By using a neutral and clean color palette, we kept things crisp. Our favorite part of the design was a dramatic, all-black kitchen. We then warmed up the space with elements like a tiled backsplash and a comfy living room full of softer details. Our client stayed on-budget while getting the look and function he wanted thanks to a blend of high-end custom design and smart prefabricated solutions.
