Julia and Nate, a busy, professional couple, purchased a high-rise condo that they planned to sell within a few years. They called on Rebel to help them make smart updates that improved their day-to-day and increased their investment return when it was time to move on.
What We Did
We determined that to achieve their goals, we needed to remodel the kitchen, upgrade the bathrooms, and replace the flooring and electrical throughout the home.
In the kitchen, we replaced two huge, cumbersome 36” doors that led to the pantry and laundry with a smaller pair that unified the two spaces. We also changed the kitchen layout by relocating the fridge, creating a better flow. Next, we added custom cabinets and smart storage and an appliance garage for a polished look. We replaced the flooring with new, durable engineered hardwood floors that would withstand kids, pets, and more.
