Where a sustainable renovation meets a respect for existing conditions...

-opened up walls, added arches and cleaned the flow of social areas

-let us make kitchen 

-added a slider (more light)

-always wanted to open the front door and be able to see through dining, kitchen to jap maple in the back yard

-conservation behind the house

-walk in pantry with oak glass doors

-appliance garage coffee station from kitchen to family room

-balance between bold colors and peaceful (not boring) kitchen hence the blue veil ben moore cabinets

-clean and peaceful (not boring)

-existing arches but balanced them in their transitions

-new HVAC

-future proofing: added colums and everything we would need to put an addition on the top of the house so we wouldn't destroy phase 1. (future deck is a juliet balcony)
